General Questions
Kreative Crafts Club offers a wide range of fun crafting classes like painting, embroidery, beading, jewellery making, and tufting courses. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, we’ve got something for your skill level!

Right now, we’re all about in-person experiences but we do offer a range of kits in our online store (with detailed instructions) if you can’t make it down to our London studio for some hands-on fun!

Our classes are open to anyone 16 and above. Some of our events with alcohol may have different age requirements, so please check those details when booking.
Class Details
We’ve got you covered! All the necessary materials and tools you’ll need in our classes will be provided by Kreative Crafts Club. Just bring yourself and get ready to create.
Nope, you don’t need to bring anything. All the supplies are included in your class fee (unless specified otherwise) but do feel free to get in touch if there’s something specific you would like to bring with you.
Most of our classes are about 2 hours long. You can find the specific duration on the respective class page.
Absolutely! Many of our classes are perfect for beginners. Our friendly instructors will guide you through each step.
Our class sizes are quite generous – usually between 20-30 people; with at least 2 instructors on hand, to ensure everyone gets plenty of attention and support.
Wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little messy. We provide aprons for some of our messier projects.
Special Classes and Events
Currently, we do not offer classes or workshops for children. Our classes are designed for participants for adults and teens aged 16 and up.

Booking and Scheduling
Booking is super simple! You can book a class online through our website
Yes, you can reschedule your class if you inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Please contact us to arrange a new date.
If a class is cancelled by Kreative Crafts Club, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
Yes, we do! Yes, we offer private crafting sessions for individuals or groups. Please contact us for more details and pricing.
Absolutely! We love hosting group events and parties. Contact us to discuss your requirements and to make a booking.
Pricing and Payment
Our class fees vary depending on what you’re making and how long the class is. For all the pricing details, please visit our [class pricing page/link].
Currently, we do not offer installment payments.
Full payment is required at the time of booking as it helps us keep everything running smoothly!
We get it, plans change. You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the class starts. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all refunds will be subject to an administration fee and booking fees are non-refundable.
No, there are no additional fees for materials unless specified otherwise in the class description.
Unfortunately no. We do not offer gift vouchers for our classes at this time.
