plans change.
You can get a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the class starts.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that all refunds will be subject to an administration fee and booking fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Delay: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@kreativecraftsclub.com.
Rescheduling
- More Than7 Days Before: You can reschedule your workshop up to 7 days before your booking. Bookings must be rescheduled within 14 days and can only be rescheduled once.
- Less Than 7 Days Before: No refunds or rescheduling options are available after this point.
Group Bookings
- 8+ People: Bookings for more than 8 people are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please confirm your dates before booking.
Gift Cards
- Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable.
