- You will need to send us your design at least 72 hours before the start of your workshop. See our guidelines for more information.
- If your rug takes longer than the allotted 3 hours, we will charge a flat rate of £15/hour.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS MUST AT LEAST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR BOOKING TIME OR THEY COULD LOSE THEIR SLOT. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IN THESE INSTANCES.

Rug tufting is a craft technique used to create rugs by pushing yarn through a fabric backing to form loops or cuts on the surface.
We provide all the necessary materials and tools, including yarn, tufting guns, frames, and backing fabric.
The workshop typically lasts between 2-3 hours, giving you more than enough time to complete your mini rug.
If your rug takes longer than the allotted 3 hours, we may charge a flat rate of £15/hour.
Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit of yarn or glue on. Make sure all hair is tied away from the face (trust us, it hurts when your hair gets stuck in the tufting gun).
Aprons can be provided to protect your clothes.
Yes, you can reschedule your workshop booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Please note that a rescheduling fee of £35.00 will apply for each change in the booking date after this period.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
You will be making a 40cm x 40cm rug in this workshop.
Yes, you’ll be able to take your completed mini rug home with you at the end of the session.

If you’re unable to send your design at least 3 business days before your workshop, please contact us as soon as possible. This is important so we can prepare your canvas in time.
If we do not receive your design at least 3 business days before your workshop, you will have two options (please send us an email to let us know your choice, otherwise Option 2 will apply by default when you arrive at the workshop):
Option 1: Reschedule your workshop for a fee of £35. You can reschedule by using the following HERE.
Option 2: Attend the workshop on the day, you will be provided with blank materials to prepare your design yourself prior to the workshop. Please note, no additional time will be provided for this.
