You can get a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the class starts.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that all refunds will be subject to an administration fee and booking fees are non-refundable.

 

Refund Process

Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Delay: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@kreativecraftsclub.com.

Rescheduling

More Than 3 Days Before:  

You can reschedule your workshop up to 72 Hours before your booking. Bookings must be rescheduled within 14 days and can only be rescheduled once.

Less Than 3 Days Before:

If you’re unable to attend your workshop and didn’t reach out at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, a £35.00 per person late rescheduling fee is required to move your booking to a new date.

Group Bookings

8+ People: Bookings for more than 8 people are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please confirm your dates before booking.

 

Gift Cards

Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable.
