Risk & Liability Waiver

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability

By booking and attending any workshop, class, event or experience organised by AMTA HAUS LTD dba Kreative Crafts Club ("Kreative Crafts Club", "KCC", "we", "our" or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following terms.

1. Voluntary Participation

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a workshop, class, event or creative experience provided by Kreative Crafts Club.

2. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that creative workshops may involve the use of tools, machinery, electrical equipment, sharp objects, adhesives, paints, dyes, chemicals, heat, cutting equipment, sewing equipment, tufting guns, woodworking tools, laser equipment, craft materials and other specialist equipment.

I understand that participation may involve risks including, but not limited to:

* Cuts, punctures and abrasions
* Burns or minor injuries
* Eye injuries
* Slips, trips and falls
* Allergic reactions
* Repetitive strain or muscle fatigue
* Damage to clothing or personal belongings
* Other unforeseen injuries associated with creative activities

I voluntarily accept all risks associated with participating in any Kreative Crafts Club activity.

3. Health Declaration

I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating.

I agree to inform a member of staff before the workshop begins if I have any medical condition, injury, allergy or disability that may affect my participation.

If I am pregnant or have any condition that may be affected by workshop activities, I accept responsibility for seeking appropriate medical advice before attending.

4. Following Safety Instructions

I agree to:

* Follow all instructions provided by KCC staff.
* Wear any safety equipment provided.
* Use tools only as instructed.
* Not operate equipment while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
* Behave responsibly towards staff and other participants.

Kreative Crafts Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour creates a safety risk. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, I release and discharge Kreative Crafts Club, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising from my participation.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

6. Damage to Equipment

I agree to take reasonable care when using KCC equipment.

Where damage is caused through deliberate misuse, reckless behaviour or failure to follow instructions, I accept responsibility for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

7. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings.

Kreative Crafts Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

8. Photography and Video

Kreative Crafts Club may photograph or film workshops for marketing, promotional or educational purposes.

By attending, I consent to the use of images or video in which I may appear across KCC's website, social media channels and marketing materials.

If I do not wish to appear in photographs or video, I will inform a member of staff before the workshop begins and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate my request.

9. Intellectual Property

I confirm that I have the necessary rights, licence or permission to use any artwork, image, logo, character, design or other content that I submit for reproduction.

Kreative Crafts Club reserves the right to refuse any design that:

* Infringes intellectual property rights.
* Contains offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.
* Cannot safely or practically be produced.
* May damage equipment or compromise workshop safety.

I accept full responsibility for any claims arising from designs I provide.

10. Finished Products

Creative workshops involve handmade processes.

I understand that minor imperfections are a normal part of handcrafted work and do not constitute a defect.

While every effort is made to help participants achieve a successful outcome, Kreative Crafts Club cannot guarantee specific artistic results.

11. Children

Participants under the age of 18 must attend in accordance with KCC's safeguarding and supervision requirements.

Where required, a parent or legal guardian accepts this agreement on behalf of the child.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Declaration

By booking or attending a Kreative Crafts Club workshop, I confirm that:

* I have read and understood this Participant Waiver and Release of Liability.
* I understand the risks involved in participating.
* I agree to follow all safety instructions provided.
* I voluntarily accept these terms and conditions.
* I understand that this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
